Concierge Services in Orange County

No need to find time to drive to a gym since we come to you! Sessions are completed in-home or in a public space convenient to you. We bring necessary equipment including a treatment table, rehabilitative and recovery equipment, as well as exercise equipment such as bands, dumbbells, and medicine balls.

Concierge services for both physical therapy and performance training throughout Orange County. We are based in Huntington Beach and serve the surrounding communities within a 30-minute driving radius. We make special accommodations for distances and drive times beyond that if there are groups or teams requesting services. We are also able to accommodate other locations if there is flexibility in days and times to avoid high traffic times. Please inquire if interested in concierge services even if you are unsure based on your location and we can discuss the feasibility of scheduling in-person visits or combining concierge services with virtual training and physical therapy.

Our Gym HB

The Healthy Athlete recently partnered with Our Gym HB just off the 405 at Gothard and Heil in Huntington Beach. We conveniently serve Huntington Beach and the surrounding communities with easy access to highways and an accessible location with ample parking. We set up our own treatment room with all state-of-the-art physical therapy amenities and modalities to provide manual therapy and deliver the highest level of care after an injury or surgery in a private space. This gym is fully equipped with squat racks, cable machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and a large turf space to target all aspects of rehab and sports performance from strength and mobility to power and performance.
